My son had his first appointment with Lou and he is thrilled with the results! In addition to being a talented colorist, Lou was very friendly and my son enjoyed his time there. Highly recommend!
Eric has been the best hairstylist/barber since I moved here in the Spokane area, I have used him for the past 3 times so far and he has been the best at asking questions and giving the highest quality experience ever. I give the incognito salon & spa barbershop the upmost best experience any person can have in the Spokane/ID area. You can really trust this place and they give you everything they got with great attention to detail. Thank you Eric! you will be a consecutive costumer with me.
It was my first time to visit a salon in the US and Maria made me feel so comfortable. She listened well to what haircut I wanted. Since I wanted a bold change, she eased me into it and was very careful in cutting my hair. Thank you so much for making me feel confident in my new hairstyle, Maria!
Sierra was amazing! She was kind, engaging, and very knowledgeable about curls which is something I don’t find often. My cut turned out beautifully and was exactly what I was looking for. The salon itself was very inviting and I really enjoyed being in the space. Will definitely be visiting again!
Okay everyone this place is absolutely fabulous. I have incredibly thick wavy hair and I am very particular about my hair and my husband’s hair. Shelby did my hair. As someone who has been absolutely butchered I get incredibly nervous going to a new place. But Shelby was very open during the process and showed me my hair as she was going through. My haircut came out exactly as I wanted and it was nice to have a cold drink offered when I came in, chat about books, and get a great haircut all in one. Danielle did my husbands hair and she was incredible. I gave my husband some photos for inspiration on what he was looking for and it came out perfect. She even brought him over for me to come look at it once it was done for any finishing touches. My husband had a great time in her chair. I am so grateful. I cannot recommend both of these gals enough. They were both great to be around very fun and did a fantastic job. I will be going back. The only thing I would like to see at this salon which is ZERO reflection on the ladies above is I would like to see this salon carry higher end salon quality hair products. I understand their vision for their products but they just don’t work as well. Also as someone who is allergic to lavender it’s less than ideal having to worry about a reaction and feeling sick by the time you’re leaving.
