Every step of the way they ensured our satisfaction, constantly going above the call of duty when our venue cancelled last minute and we needed to adjust our entire plan. Indy Event Rentals were amazing to work with for our special day! For our backyard wedding we used their tent, dance floor and chairs! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to go through. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! An absolute pleasure to work with from the very beginning - Caleb and his team worked tirelessly with my mom and I while planning my backyard wedding. We felt very confident with them and they exceeded our expectations and then some! The tent was beautiful and the customer service was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone !!!

Great service and super attentive staff! Everyone who I messaged VIA email, spoke to on the phone, and those who set up were so kind and helpful. They delivered the items, set them up, and stayed on site for a reasonable price, and it did not take very long for the items to be set up either. Great company & staff Everyone is so nice and easy to work with. Pricing was great for all that you get. This is the only local company I could find that does Wedding bundles. They showed up on time to put everything up & showed up on time for tear down. The tent and lighting were perfect. We had plenty of room for everything we needed, the dance floor also comes in the bundle. Thank you so much for making our night go great!! I highly recommended Indy Event Rentals for any events you have. Especially weddings

We just had the most amazing wedding this weekend. It would have been only half as good if we didn’t have the beautiful tent. The lighting was beautiful and we were all so happy with it. The owner and his team are top notch and so so helpful. It was a dream to work with them and would HIGHLY recommend.
