my experience with infinity heating and cooling was great. i called their number and they had availability for the same day. just note i called on a week day. i needed service the next week and i was able to schedule monday mid morning. my hvac heating would turn on for about 20mins and then shut off. it was so cold in the house without the central heat working. on that monday i was met with hvac tech, jerry. he was friendly and professional. without asking when he came into the house he put on boot covers to keep my house clean, i really appreciated that. although he had to make several trips out to his car and back into the house, he took the time to put on and take off his boot covers which both me and my wife noticed. jerry climbed in the attic to take a look, then turned on the heating, and ran some testing. he explained that my "blower motor" is the heating element. you can see in the picture he took only 1 out of 3 was working. he also took a video of the "inducer." it was grinding and making lots of sounds. he said the inducer was also on it's last leg and should be replaced or replaced soon. i took his professional recommendations to the inducer while he was onsite. jerry said he would go pick up the items from the warehouse and replace it today. jerry left and picked up the items and started the installation. he also took the time to remove an old part and to the front yard to wash out. it was filthy, full of dust and debris. i just wanted it fixed and done. my wife and kids were super cold at night and we had to run space heaters in the bedrooms. after jerry replaced those parts we tested the heat and it heated the rooms quickly. it was back up and running and even better than before. it heated a lot faster and it was much more quiet after replacing that old inducer. i don't know about the pricing, i didn't get other quotes from other companies. i was happy with jerry's service. he was experienced and explained what the issue was, what part needed to be replaced, and how that part is important to the central AC. infinity then emails me a receipt with pictures, diagnostics notes, and itemized list of charges. i would recommend and call infinity again for my hvac issues. thank you jerry for fixing my hvac!

After the headache of dealing with 2 other HVAC companies telling my elderly father that he needed to replace both of his AC units, I was referred to this Infinity by a friend. Our technician, Devin, did a thorough job of inspecting the 2 units and showed us the issues. The 31 year old AC unit, despite its age, was still running but had a very low R22 refrigerant level. If the leak was not on the coils, the leak was repairable and the refrigerant could be replaced. The 1st company told us it was illegal to work on R22 refrigerant- which Devin said was untrue. The 2nd unit’s thermostat went out despite being about 3 years old. Devin informed us that the 1st company never registered the warranty thus only giving us 5 years Limited Warranty instead of 10. He also informed that the install was not to par to the industry standard. The 2nd company told us that the unit was not repairable and that a full replacement was needed. After inspection, Devin told me that the fuse was blown. After the fuse replacement, this unit ran without issue. Despite knowing we may need to replace the 31 year old unit, Devin put my father and I at ease. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary services. We will be calling Infinity back for the leak repair and possibly unit replacement. We fully trust in the integrity of their team in doing what’s best for their customers.

Infinity Heating and Cooling has been an absolute lifesaver! They stepped in to finish a job that another HVAC contractor had done poorly, and their professionalism, honesty, and quality of work were immediately evident. The team was fair, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and trustworthy, but Infinity Heating And Cooling truly delivered on both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest service done right the first time.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Devin their technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My A/C was very old and I knew I had to replace it soon so Devin explained to me the different types of new systems they offer by Trane. I ended up getting the 20seer system and it is absolutely amazing. I have also noticed my electricity bill cut by more than half and I keep the temperature the same from my previous A/C. Wonderful honest company and outstanding employees! I am very pleased with my purchase, thank you!

My next-door neighbor used this company to replace his rooftop units a few years back. I was really impressed with the clean install they did and the custom curbing pieces that they made for the roof units to sit on for preventing pigeon nesting activity. So naturally, I got Richard’s number from my neighbor and gave him a call. I did get several other estimates, and I settled on Infinity Heating & Cooling for a couple of reasons. 1, they provided the best price on the higher end units that I wanted, and 2, their workmanship and Customer Service was simply spectacular. They kept communication going & always got right back to me throughout the process. They also offered me a discount for cash, as well as a senior discount, and I took full advantage of both. They moved 3 of my registers that the builder had put too close to the return duct. On top of all of that, they also included a 10 year full warranty. I can’t say enough good things about Richard and his crew. They even went out of their way to coordinate scheduling with the roofers that I had come in to replace some of the old plywood & re surface the asphalt roofing material paper where the AC units live. I give Infinity Heating & Cooling my highest recommendation.
