We had an exceptional experience working with our realtor Brooke Buchanan. She was extremely responsive and consistently proactive both before and after closing. It took us a while to find the right home, and she was endlessly patient throughout the entire search—we truly love the house we ended up with. During the closing period, an unexpected incident happened at the property, and she immediately took charge—coordinating with all parties, keeping us fully informed, and even waking up early to check on repairs herself. She is also incredibly well connected: every person she recommended—from the lender to the shade installer—was excellent. Y’all better stop playing with our girl Eve!!! From being our realtor to crawl space crawler to post office advocate to a straight up house avenger, Eve went absolutely above and beyond and took on so many hats to help us not only buy a perfect home, but also support us as first time home buyers the entire way. Never was there a question I felt too nervous/embarrassed to ask her, and never did I feel like she would ever leave a single piece of info unexplained even if it took 10 explanation variations. She helped us navigate a truly unique situation that, quite literally, was one of the strangest scenarios to experience as a buyer and did it with such exceptional professionalism. As first time home buyers, Adrian and Jessica were exceptional in helping through the process. Adrian met with us very early in the process (even before we really knew when we would be buying) and highlighted all the high points for the buying process which was incredibly helpful. He was incredibly flexible in terms of scheduling showings of houses, even just to get a feel for what we were looking for early on. He was incredibly detail oriented when we were looking at properties and I really feel like he was an excellent advocate for us. We met Jessica by chance as Adrian was out of town when we were hoping to look at houses and we were equally impressed by her! From the first day we met with her, she was consistently prepared and fluent on the ins and outs of properties before we had seen them. She also shared some really excellent insights during walkthroughs, some of which my partner's dad (who previously worked in home building) hadn't noticed. From that point on, Jessica was very involved in our buying process. We ended up finding our dream home in no small part due to how excellent Adrian and Jessica were. While we have no plans of moving any time soon, if we ever buy again we would absolutely work with Adrian and Jessica and highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a real estate agent.
The decision to sell my house was a hard one, and Alison Domnas was an amazing person to have on my team and help me through the process. She recognized my emotional attachment to my house, and was also able to talk me through some of the hard decisions with compassion and patience. She was always available to answer questions and make recommendations. Thanks to her guidance, my house was under contract within days of listing. Besides the professionalism, Alison is a fun person with a great sense of humor. I knew from our first meeting that the vibes were good! I have so much gratitude towards her - you can't go wrong choosing Alison as your real estate agent!
April was amazing all the way from our initial meeting to coloring with our daughter during closing. I can't say enough about her responsiveness, knowledge of the area, and her negotiation skills. My wife and I were ready to move to a bigger home after our daughter was born but were intimidated by the local market. April sat down with us and listened intently on our desires and helped us navigate the turbulent changes going on in the market. This was not the first time we had bought a home, but it became obvious it was the first time working with a premier agent. April was able to find our dream home and negotiated a price reduction, closing costs, and repairs. Something that even our lender acknowledged is uncommon in the Raleigh/Durham area. April's relationship with local vendors was also very convenient and helped make the process efficient and affordable. I highly recommend her services if you are looking to buy or sale in the area.
