I called ahead to confirm age requirements and required documentation for my daughter’s piercing and was told she was of age and what to bring. We arrived prepared, but the experience quickly felt disorganized & unprofessional. Staff was sitting on couch in waiting area when we walked in & one of the employees got up to greet us, told us to scan QR code & then sat back down & continued conversation with other employee. We were told the piercer was still in her car while her equipment was in the autoclave. Once the employees got up, my daughter & went to sit in waiting area. When the piercer arrived, she asked how old my daughter was & said she normally doesn’t pierce under a certain age but would make an exception based on what we were told over the phone. From what I gathered, there are two people that do piercings so it shouldn’t be hard to keep track of what ages each one requires. After another wait, she then said she didn’t have the proper jewelry for my daughter’s anatomy and suggested rescheduling or going elsewhere. We chose to leave and went to another shop without issue. The shop itself is very cute with a nice aesthetic, but communication was inconsistent and it felt like our business wasn’t wanted.
I brought my two little girls in for their first ear piercing as a birthday present. After reading the great reviews I came in as walk-in. I have a squirmy little one that tends to get anxious. Caroline did an amazing job, calming her down in providing the most positive experience for her. Caroline had the girls entertained and had such a gentle and kind spirit. From the front desk to the back, everybody was so kind here. My girls said that they would rate it at 10 out of 10 and so would I.
Went with my sister today to get tattoos, Lin was our artist and we loved our experience!! We sent her our ideas and images and she absolutely delivered!! Super cute shop too, very nice experience overall. We will definitely be back! Thanks again Lin!!
Camilia is hands down one of the best artists I’ve worked with! Not only did she communicate with me days before my appointment to show me the design she had came up with, she also sat with me the day of the appointment and we worked on the design together and ensured it was perfect for me! She made sure I was always comfortable and just made me feel good! Will definitely be going back to her!
Loved this place! Came down for a little vacation and decided to get tattoos. Loved the attitude everyone had and great communication was involved. Definitely will recommend and might have to take a long trip back here in the future for another! Super grateful finding this place, even helped my sister and her daughter with piercing, from the owner coming in and being super kind. Thank y’all so much and appreciate it so much! Recommend asking for Claire, tattoos were amazing and super well done! Love everyone here for being so great and friendly!
