I had such a great experience at this salon and with Lauren Payne (@laurenpaintsphoenix)! This was my second time seeing Lauren, and she continues to blow me away. She is truly an artist at her craft and takes so much care and intention with her work. On top of that, she is just amazing to talk to and makes the entire appointment feel relaxed and just like girl time, you know? The salon itself is super cute, clean, and trendy, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. All of the other stylists were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I left feeling like a new woman, so refreshed! Highly recommend Lauren and this salon! 💇‍♀️✨

Lauren Payne is the best blonde colorist I’ve ever been to! I started seeing her in LA in 2021 and was so excited when she moved to AZ a few years later so that I can continue getting my hair done by her. Her technique and attention to detail are truly unmatched—my blonde always grows out seamlessly, and the roots look incredibly natural. Beyond her talent, Lauren is kind, honest, and someone I completely trust with my hair… and maybe my life (lol). If you’re blonde and looking for the colorist, I cannot recommend Lauren enough!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jillian and the Inlay Salon team! Every visit , I’m always greeted with warmth and professionalism. The salon is beautiful, clean, and has such a hip and stylist atmosphere. Jillian is truly incredible—so talented, attentive, and passionate about what she does. I have been going to Jillian for six years, before she even opened her own salon. I followed her even when it was twice as far for me to drive. Jillian is not only delightful, but a master at her profession. I always get compliments on my hair color and styling. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

RiKenna is truly incredible. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely taken care of. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful - beyond what I even imagined. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and clearly passionate about what she does. On top of that, her conversation is amazing. She has such a warm, genuine energy that makes you feel instantly comfortable. What usually takes a good chunk out of your day somehow flew by in what felt like minutes. I actually forgot how long I’d been there because I was having such a great time. If you’re looking for someone who delivers stunning results and makes the entire experience enjoyable, RiKenna is your girl. I can’t recommend her enough and will 100% be back.
