I bought a pair of AirPods here, and the price was nearly double the normal retail price. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to compare — but once I returned to Europe, I realized how ridiculous the price was. It honestly feels like they exploit travelers who are trapped in the airport with no other options. What’s worse: the warranty period is 2 months shorter than the standard two years. It makes me wonder if the product was refurbished or second-hand. This kind of business practice is shameful. Stay away!
Employee was very kind. This is strictly about the product. I purchased a pair of the InMotion earbuds for $20 something dollars. After a day, one of the headphones gave out. Cheaply made products that cost too much.
Uhh, went in for Bose QuietComforts after I lost mine. MSRP for this is like 200, can get them on Amazon for 179, and their box said 214. Higher than normal but whatever. Upon notifying the sales rep I'd like them, he said, "That'll be 350". I left. Ain't no way you're hiking 75% on these things and expecting to get away with it. Place did look clean.
I brought a sim card for my AT&T "prepaid" phone. It didn't work when the store try to activate it multiple times. I got a full refund. (Mind you, I never left the store!) The store associate named Melissa was nice, understanding, and patient! When I got to Canada 🇨🇦 Vancouver. I found after attempting to get a sim card out there that I didn't need one. Mexico and Canada don't necessarily have to use a sim card. One more thing, a prepaid phone is generally locked! That why my phone wasn't working. After speaking with AT&T. I found that I had to go to > setting > data> then click on "international data roaming" You're welcome ✨️🙏🏽
