I've just had Jacob (Smith) do our house. It's the first time in fifteen years of hiring someone to do this job that it's actually been done properly! Jacob was incredibly thorough: he explained what he was going to do, spent a long time covering every inch of the property, and then talked us through all that had been done. I won't ever use a different company for pest prevention in the future.And I'll hope that whoever arrives provides the same exceptional service. Thanks, and well done!!

I run a commercial business in Leichhardt and we start at 8 am. Anthony discussed our needs prior to arrival. He arrived early finished the job in all areas and there was no odour. Clients and practitioners were able to start at 8 am with the spray happening around 6.50 am. Thanks Innerwest Pest Control for a great service and job. Well see you next year.

I was very impressed by InnerWest Pest Control. I received a reminder for the scheduled service, Maxwell arrived on time today and he explained the inspection process. Maxwell was knowledgeable about termite issues (thankfully none detected) and more thorough than other pest inspection companies I had used in the past.

Highly recommend. I searched for a local pest control company and I’m very glad I came across Inner West Pest Control. From Liz in the office to Brett who came to treat our house, the service was amazing. Liz was really informative and friendly, as was Brett! Brett even took his shoes off before coming in the house (without me asking!) which was very much appreciated. Not to mention, the treatment 100% did exactly what it said it would do. We had some nasty German cockroaches in our fridge and appliance that were starting to short our electricity. First treatment worked well with only a few live buggies popping up after a couple of weeks. Second treatment was the one. Since the second treatment, there hasn’t been a single live roach to be seen. Brett was also very mindful of the fact that we have a cat and 2 budgies - the treatment is perfectly safe for pets! My babies are all happy and healthy. Can’t say the same for the roaches. Definitely recommend!
