First I would like to start by saying the women here are amazing. I got a one of a kind made in the moment art. I fell in LOVE. We decided to purchase a light box because my opinion the looked good illuminated. The problem here is that we received a very poor quality of a box. The plug was not included and the box never worked. We have been trying to get a working box for a little over a month now without any luck. This place makes it extremely difficult to be able to replace a broken product. For $500 weeks thought we were purchasing quality not refurbished dollar tree materials. Anyway the picture is priceless the women are amazing the company sucks for letting customers down and not being straight forward with your product description.
We came here for our anniversary and had the most wonderful experience. Karine was incredibly kind and patient as we decided between the options, never rushing us and making sure we felt confident in our choice. She took the time to explain the process, which made it both fascinating and personal. Thanks to her, what could have been just a photoshoot turned into a truly special memory for our anniversary. We’re so grateful for her professionalism and warmth—highly recommend!
Such a cool experience! We got a stunning high-def image of our eyes together—a perfect keepsake for our 6th anniversary. The staff were super friendly and even pointed out a birthmark in my eye I never knew I had! Totally worth the trip. Highly recommend for a date or special occasion!
We had the best family experience here with the nicest French lady, Ms. Kaline! (Spelling?) She was so patient and kind with us. We ended up purchasing a framed family print & it really made our vacation special. 10/10 recommend!!!!
