I had a wine spill on my MacBook Pro, and Apple quoted a very high repair cost after telling me to “wait for it to dry.” Weeks later, I found Gunay through his amazing reviews and learned you should take spills in immediately to prevent corrosion. He repaired it for half the price, with a fast turnaround, and when he opened it up, the corrosion was minimal. My MacBook now works perfectly. Highly trustworthy and highly recommended for any liquid damage, whether wine, coffee, or otherwise.

I accidentally spilled water on my MacBook Air and was so worried as I am a year12 student and had an exam later during the week. Gunay was the most reliable and honest person that prioritised my laptop and fixed it within an hour although other IT places take an average of one week. I really appreciate his work and he even gave me a student discount. I highly recommend him as he’s an honest and professional worker!

Fixing a water-damaged laptop is Gunay's specialty (he's the owner of this place). My laptop had tea spilled on the keyboard, and I initially took it to a shop near my house. The technician there advised me to get a new laptop, as replacing the motherboard would cost more than half the price of a new one of the same type. I decided not to repair it at the time and left it unused for about five months. Later, I took it to Gunay after reading many positive reviews about his expertise in water-damage repairs. Just two days later, my laptop was fixed and has been working well so far. To get your device repaired, you'll need to make an appointment either by calling Gunay or visiting his website. I recommend calling him, as he can explain his pricing structure in advance—this way, you can decide if it's worth proceeding. In my case, I was told beforehand that the initial diagnostic fee was $100, which would be applied toward the total cost if I chose to proceed with the repair.

I recently spilled coffee all over my keyboard and screen during my university exam week. I urgently needed a repair before my exams, so I went to Gunay from IT Solve. He was incredibly kind and understanding, and he took the time to clearly explain how he could help. One of my exams was scheduled for Wednesday, and I handed in my laptop on Monday, hoping it could be repaired within 3–4 days. To my surprise, Gunay managed to repair it in just one day—which was absolutely amazing and a real lifesaver! Not only was my laptop fixed quickly, but it actually looked and performed even better than before. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely return for any future repairs. I highly recommend Gunay over any Apple-authorised repair shops. In my experience, authorised sellers often suggest buying a new laptop or quote an unreasonably high price for liquid damage like this. Gunay provided a far more affordable, honest, and efficient solution. I also liked the fact that he also provided a magnet, sticker and key ring from IT solve. Was a very nice detail in addition to my fixed laptop.
