I highly recommend Michelle for Botox and filler! She is incredibly knowledgeable about her products and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Aftercare support is fantastic, and she’s always available to answer any questions. Michelle is sweet, personable, and makes every appointment enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to my sessions with her every three months!
I stupidly got cool sculpting done here a few years ago. I spent around $3K on a promo for cool sculpting (the older version?). In their defense, the promo only included two sessions, and I’m not sure how many are REALLY needed to see actual physical results. But I’m pretty sure the lady didn’t place the plates on me correctly. Because I didn’t see any results. Honestly, it looks as though it made the fat around my midsection worse. Prior to the procedure, I frequently worked out and had a balanced diet, and not overweight at all. I still maintain the same schedule and physique to this day. And after a physical analysis, they determined I was a qualified candidate. They sent before and after photos, but can definitely tell the after photo was photoshopped because my tummy did NOT look like that. But for $3K, I would have expected at least my lower abdomen (my only problem area) would’ve shrunk. Not sure about the other services here, but I wouldn’t recommend getting cool sculpting done here. Side note, y’all keep resubscribing me to marketing emails even after I’ve unsubscribed. That’s not legal by the way.
I’ve been coming here for years for both Botox and facials, and every single visit has been amazing! From the moment I walk in, I’m always greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service I’ve received here has consistently been amazing. I truly can’t thank the team enough for the exceptional care and professionalism they’ve provided over the years.
It's a nice place. The nurses are friendly. Monica not so much. Though she is very nice to look at. Yahaira is my favorite. They lose a star because if you need a touch up on botox because of asymmetry or movement, they charge you. I've never had a spa charge for a 2 week touch up. Never.
