Arianna did such a great job. I feel so hydrated and had such a relaxing experience! She helped personalize the hydrafacial to fit my specific skin needs. Can’t wait for the next one!
The place itself was really good. The staff is knowledgeable. However, the product didn’t work. Botox works for me very quickly and looks amazing with less units. We did way more units than I usually do and I see no result even after doing a follow up appointment and more units. When I called and spoke to them she stated I am resistant to Botox now and should try another tox. I am highly sure the product was way more diluted . Spending hundreds of dollars and not getting the desired result or the usual result and being told that you’re resistant is just unacceptable
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM today, but when I arrived, I was told the appointment “did not exist.” They added me as a walk-in for 4:30 PM, so I waited patiently. While waiting, the receptionist told me it was “too soon” for me to get Botox. I explained clearly that the area I wanted treated (my frown lines) had not been injected in over 4 months. After speaking to the provider, they apologized and asked me to wait again. At 4:15 PM, I was taken to a room—only to be told again that it was too soon for Botox, based on injections I received in a different area two months ago. I explained the situation again. At this point, I had already waited nearly 40 minutes just to be told I could not receive treatment. This is the second time I have been checked into a room and then denied treatment without proper communication beforehand. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand clinical reasoning, but the lack of organization, communication, and consistency is unacceptable. Very poor experience. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.
I truly never leave bad reviews… but I just have to regarding my experience. I walked in and turned right back around. I was quoted 38 (around $520) units in my forehead. Forehead and frown lines combined I have never used more than 25, so it seemed very fishy. I told this to my provider, and she said “oh ya you definitely need more than that…” I have been getting botox for years… I think I know what I need and don’t need. Bottom line, I feel that they are robbing their customers here a little bit, bc they tried to quote me more than double my usual dosage.
I had the greatest experience with Emily! She treated my skin like it was her own and truly went above and beyond during my session. Highly recommend her if you want someone who doesn’t rush the process and really delivers!! Can’t wait for my next session 😊🥰
