My husband and I were up in North Austin exploring various furniture stores when we found this store. Scored an amazing dining room table with eight chairs at an amazing price! Purchased yet another beautiful piece (for a great price) from NTM today! The team had it ready for pickup when we arrived and helped us load it in the truck. They have an excellent rotation of inventory and it’s always my first stop when I’m in the market for furniture! 10/10 recommend.
My son was moving from Austin, and I wanted to lighten the moving load. I called several places in the local area that deals with used furniture. I decided to deal with "It's New to Me" furniture. I took pictures of the furniture and sent them to Jay. Jay responded quickly and told me to bring the furniture down. Quick and easy unloading and acceptance of the furniture. Very easy and fair to deal with. It's New to Me has a very nice selection of gently used furniture. Thank-you Jay.
BEST FURNITURE STORE IN AUSTIN!! Best prices and selection hands down. Prices comparable to a thrift store but everything is unique and in great condition. We went to a lot of places and ended up getting our couch and big dresser here.
BEWARE they completely ripped me off by not disclosing the damage of the bed I purchased. The bed I purchased has several broken pieces they did not disclose at all. I never would’ve purchased the item knowing how defective it was. Pictured is what I purchased, and then the state of the item at pickup & my husband was told that’s how it was when I bought it. Absolutely not I never would’ve purchased any item with this much damage. I had much higher hopes for a place whose reputation is an Austin treasure but wow was I disappointed. Will never purchase from them again. If you plan to, check everything twice if not three times for damage. Consignment doesn’t mean broken furniture for sale, especially without making buyers aware of the damage.
