I had a problem with my wedding band. It was too tight and needed to be resized. I spoke with various jewelers in the Tulsa area and they were not as friendly or professional. I even visited one jewelry store and they quoted me a price that was much higher. I found J David Jewelry thru research and made an appointment to visit their Broken Arrow facility. The moment I walked into the store I realized I had made the right choice. I was greeted by their friendly and professional staff. Joel, Nate, Abbey, Brianna and Faith made me feel like I was an old friend rather than a potential customer. I was very pleased with the service as well as the price. The staff is extremely helpful. When we were buying our wedding bands they were very informative and patient. And when I brought my watch in they kindly took the extra links out for me! Highly recommend!
I went to J. David Jewelry to have my engagement ring resized on December 31st after getting engaged on December 27th. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Brianna and Faith took their time helping me find the perfect size since I was in between sizes, and the ring ended up fitting perfectly. They originally told me it would be ready for pickup on January 6th, but I got a call later that same day letting me know it was already finished! They shared how excited they were for my fiancé and me and didn’t want to make me wait. The service was truly exceptional! They went above and beyond &I couldn’t recommend them more!
My fiance and I went in as jewelry novices and left feeling like experts. We brought several ideas to our sales associate Brianna S. , who took her time with us to find a ring we loved even better than our initial ideas. So as great as the selection was, what set J. David apart was the commitment to service. It didn't feel like a transactional, retail purchase, but like working with true professionals who know their products and take passion in their work.
Bri is AMAZING. I visited basically every popular jewelry store around town and was disappointed each time. At each store I encountered salespeople who were not kind and were definitely just yeah to sell me and stated that buying with them that day would offer the best deal! After finding ring shopping very disappointing someone recommended J David and so I popped in only to meet Bre who helped me create my dream ring! Not only was their selection so amazing but the prices were honestly the lowest I had encountered and I was shocked to find that I would have paid double other places for what I wanted. Bre was so sweet and patient and didn’t make me feel rushed or try to sell me on anything. She was so sweet and patient that I will only be making any future purchases with J David in Broken Arrow specifically! They are extremely fortunate to have her working for them!!
