The person driving this tow truck has no respect for handicap parking. They came to a soccer practice and think they are VIP and parked in handicap without having a handicap placard. When there’s people that actually have a handicap placard and need this handicap parking. I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!this company.

Used them after a accident not by choice but they just rolled up on me. They took my Van to there yard and ripped me off! I couldn't believe it. It was a company vehicle i should have pressed charges! This review is so for real i have photos when they took my van to when i went to the yard. You whats funny is that they didnt want me to put my locks on the van this was my first visit i needed to get things out of it! FACT CHECK ME PLEASE!

REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO CRIME PREVENTION. Do NOT conduct business with these thieves. Under California Code, VEH 22658 (2) The vehicle has been issued a notice of parking violation, and 96 hours have elapsed since the issuance of that notice. They illegally stole my car and money. I parked my car at 11:30am on 1/25/25 and was conducting business at a plaza they towed my car at 12pm 1/25/25. I called the police and they told me JF towing took it. I called them and they said to come pick it up. I went to the site and they said I had to make an appointment now. I got upset and they said I need $530 cash to take it out. I went to go get cash and went back to pick up my car. The guy then said how do I want to pay. He could've taken card the whole time but decided to waste my time. I have statements from my bank that I bought stuff at the plaza. They did not care and said the plaza didn't want my business. They also said the manager of the parking lot was the one who told them to tow the cars. After I paid and got my car back he tried to scare me saying the plaza has cameras. I went home and called the property manager he said he never told him to tow my car and that he had to chalk the wheels to see how long they were there and he told me to make a complaint. I called the tow company and I let them know I was going to file a police report and talk to crime prevention on Monday. The guy then said let me talk to the guy and find out what happened and called me back to tell me to pick up my money that he took after stealing my car. I called the police and let them know the whole situation and they said they couldn't do anything but the tow company put for police log/badge# 1063 and the police officer said they don't have anyone with that number. The tow guy came out saying it was a mistake and it was my lucky day to be getting back my money.

Verschwende nicht deine Zeit damit, diese Abschleppfirma anzurufen. Der Mann am Telefon war unhöflich und half mir nicht, obwohl JF Towing die Firma war, die auf den Schildern auf dem Parkplatz stand. Es war nach 22 Uhr, und es klang, als hätte ich den Mann geweckt. Sie werben mit 24-Stunden-Service, aber dieser Kerl wollte sich nicht stören lassen. Ich war gestrandet. Ich rief einen seriöseren Abschleppdienst an, der mir gerne geholfen hat. Ich habe den Eigentümer des Komplexes kontaktiert und ihn dazu ermutigt, JF Towing nicht mehr zu beauftragen. Ich würde dieses Unternehmen überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wenn ich ihnen Null-Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun.

Professioneller, zügiger und zuvorkommender Service. Der Anruf wurde entgegengenommen und die Preisgestaltung sofort mitgeteilt. Der Abschleppwagen kam pünktlich an. John ist höflich und kontaktfreudig. Er hat die Arbeit schnell erledigt. Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung. Würde es definitiv Familie und Freunden empfehlen. Weiter so>
