My fiancé and I came in to get an estimate on custom wedding bands. Heather was our associate and she was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, and so incredibly helpful. She cleaned the pieces we brought in on the house, without us even having to ask, and took her time to answer our questions without ever making us feel rushed or like we were imposing.

This is my second time working with J. Keith in Lubbock, and both times he and his team have taken exceptional care of us. Everywhere we go, my wife receives compliments on her rings. Thank you I love my wedding ring and pendant! We got our original wedding ring at JKeith’s over 20 years ago. We wanted to upgrade the center stone, but the original settings was very difficult due to the channel diamonds on side and half bezel crown. We flew from Phx to Lubbock because of our faith and trust in JKeith’s work. It was a hard job but it came out beautifully. We placed our original center stone into a pendant. If you want the highest quality and an honest jeweler, go to JKeith, you won’t be disappointed.
Six stars!! After 28 years, my wife lost her wedding ring that Keith custom designed for us all those many years ago. She was heart-broken as the ring was perfect and had received hundreds of compliments over the years. Keith worked with us over the course of the last few months to re-create her ring. We are so happy our new ring as we believe it is as beautiful, or better than the original! Keith worked painstakingly to recreate the ring to our desires. Such a great job! I should note we now live in Denver, CO and we would not have ever thought about going anywhere else for a new ring. Keith and his team treat everyone like family and work very hard to make all of their customers extremely happy.
