I bought 2 breakfast combos. Both the fried egg was cooked so hard it was brown and one missing the ham. Hash browns soggy. And my coffees were barely warm. Very Disappointed.

I visit this restaurant very often I used to go approx 5 mornings a week but I don't go as often because of some issues I've had. The restaurant says 24 hours the open sign is on yet when I pull in anytime between 3am and 5am I'm told they are closed this has happened to me 4 times and always when the same employee is working. They had a large picture advertising potato wedges and I tried to order them several times over a one month period and was always told they didn't have them, I understand running out of something but if you aren't going to reorder or if it's going to be more than a month before they are back take the large picture advertising that dish off the menu. I am unable to scan my cash receipts in the app to receive loyalty points as well.

So it was super quiet and peaceful however i couldnt even finish my food cause i guess i got a weak stomach looking around the place. Spider webs in the corners of the windows on the inside. Broken tables leaning against the window to hold them up.all the tables were dirty but 2...smh the floors were dirty the bathroom was dirty the carpet at the door was dirty the drink machine area was dirty! Dirty dirty dirty! While i was there there was only one person that came in. They werent busy at all. So why is noone coming to clean and sweep. I sat there atleast 20 mins nobody did nothing. The only thing i had kinda hot was my chicken patty!my curly fries were not fresh. They could have made them when i ordered they werent doing anything else...smh my sandwhich was ok and the manager not making nobody clean. Ion get it but you better believe i will not go back idc idc idc thats a shame no wonder its slow. Make you wanna call corporate cause this is ridiculous. And why as im talking a bug is crawling on the table going to my unfinished food😭 thats my mf Q. Ill holla and i recommend noone come here till they get there ish together.

The remolding of the location is beautiful, calming, and I expect nothing less due to the fact they serve two hospitals (Texas Health, & Baylor) that are close by. The customer service is good, it all just depends on the workers. Now-, the food is either a hit or miss. During peak hours, the food is usually fresh, but they as well, need to change the grease daily. The drive thru line moves pretty fast as also. When it comes to coffee, make sure you taste it before leaving. This location has a habit of forgetting to put the creamer/ sweetener in their coffee, it happened to me a couple of days ago. All in all, I do recommend this Jack In Box, as a location to eat at.
