We felt instantly valued at JLPH. Every staffer we interacted with was warm and welcoming. We spent the entire hour discussing questions and concerns with the doctor, and she was both incredibly brilliant and knowledgeable, while ensuring the information she was sharing was understood without any kind of patronization. We still hadn't been successful in having records shared from the previous vet (shout out to the egregious care at San Ramon Pet Hospital which we're grateful for wasting thousands of our dollars and hours at to lead us to this spectacular care) so there was a lot of gaps in information and we weren't made to feel shamed for not knowing certain things regarding our pets health. My boys are literally scaredy cats, and the doctor was absolutely lovely with them (getting on the floor, giving them gentle snuggles, and sweetly talking to them). The billing was completely transparent and it was clear that the objective truly was pet care and not securing extra funds. Wish we had found this place sooner. Can't recommend this lovely place enough.
