I’m so sad and really disappointed with the fees she charged me for even less than 30 mins she did my tax return service. My federal refund amount was $1049.00. The total fees she charge me was $524.95 . More than half my refund. As a tax payer and have worked so hard for that year, l never knew that some people can take more from you just in less than half an hour of their service, way more expensive than seing a doctor for less than 30 mins. I regret it and shouldn’t have come to this place but l thought that they had a better offer for me since l visited them last year. It was too late for me to cancel what she was doing cos at the end of what she did, she told me that this is my refund and this is her charge or fee and that I have to sign this and this etc…she is taking advantage of people who cannot really understand what she was doing. She did not help me but took more $ from me. Never see you again and will tell people about this. Hope Jackson Hewitt fires you..

Everything was awesome, except it’s so expensive to do them, Amber Brough office manager from NW Blvd is amazing, she goes above and beyond to help people even while losing her voice, she loves her job and it shows! I’m definitely going to see her again next year! Thank You again…

I have gone to Jackson Hewitt in past years an it was just what I thought would be. Very friendly , professional tax proper person. As it turns out, this year returning to the same office, it wasn't at all how I remember it. The young man helping me was very inexperienced, he didn't explain anything to me as far as knowing about taxes or what some of the charges that were added to the bill. For example, what is this 299.00$ charge for a " deluxe package" deal. He wasn't sure an ask the girl that was helping another patron an this employee came over an quite rudely said it had something to do with weather or not I had medical insurance through the state or Medicaid? I'm pretty sure neither one of them knew what they were telling me but either way I was charged 299.00 an another 100$ for the service of them doing my taxes. So I was just as confused when I left or arrived. Either way they took 400.00$ out of the measley 1100.50$ I'm getting oh wait now it's 700.! I'm done going to H an R block next time
