The entire thing was simple and painless, which is unusual for plumbing issues in our older home. Miguel was right on time, offered thoughtful suggestions and listened to our concerns. He also identified other items we should look into and helpfully noted which things we could do ourselves. Altogether quite refreshing compared to other companies we've worked with in our home.
Garret and Abe were awesome to work with. They installed a new sump pump in a tricky location and repaired the waste lines from our kitchen sink. We have used and Jafco on several occasions in the past, and would absolutely do so again. Great communication. Highly recommended.
We had an outdoor water leak from a pipe that needed replacing, and several companies made proposals. The best prices were Jafco and another company and decided on Jafco because of the A+ BBB rating and positive reviews. We experienced them as an on-time and highly professional operation. When the installation completed, they arranged for an inspection from Seattle Public Utilities which passed. When I called Seattle Public Utilities to ask for water credits, the customer service person was pleasantly surprised at how easily she was able to pull up the inspection result, exclaiming that this company did it correctly for a change (compared to other companies). All in all, our experience with them was first-class and they lived up to their stellar reputation.
We had a great experience with Garrett and Abrahim! We called about a leaky outdoor faucet, and they were able to come out within 24 hours. They were friendly, efficient, and got everything fixed quickly. Really appreciate their professionalism and fast service. Highly recommended.
Garrett and Abraham of Jafco Plumbing did a great job with my 1929 bathroom and tub! I had no water pressure in my shower/bath. I wanted to make it run better without opening the wall and destroying the old tile. They replaced the old pipes in the basement and washers in the stems of the tub faucet. When I had a question after the initial work they were responsive and addressed the issue with no fuss. Other plumbing estimators were not willing to consider leaving the wall alone and seemed to want to sell me things I didn't really need yet. I reallly appreciate Jafco.
