Wil Taylor is great to work with and has excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers and really puts his heart into it. I’ve been in numerous times for a variety of different things—he helped us find my engagement ring and our wedding bands! We’ll definitely be returning customers!

We have been going to this Jared location for 10 years and every single time they are amazing! We live an hour away and go there for every inspection and things that need to be fixed. During our inspection we brought a necklace that needed to be fixed. Will, the salesman, was able to talk to the jewelers to be able to get my necklace fixed while we waited. The jeweler was really backed up but knowing that we live an hour away and it was a quick fix- the jeweler was able to get it done for us. We definitely appreciated that! I recommend Jared to every person I know, especially the location in Bakersfield. Great team and great customer service!
