I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the conduct of Kevin, the General Manager at your store. I have been a loyal customer since 2012, and unfortunately, my last three visits to this location have been extremely disappointing. What should have been routine shopping experiences turned into ongoing frustrations due to a clear lack of professionalism and customer service. During my most recent visit, the associate assisting me requested help from Kevin. His response was to visibly roll his eyes and walk away, offering no assistance. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable to witness as a customer. The fact that someone in a leadership and customer-facing management role would respond in this manner is deeply concerning. Managers set the tone for the entire store, and this type of conduct reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Because of the repeated negative experiences, I will also be reaching out to his direct manager. I believe this matter warrants review, as customer service and professionalism should be non-negotiable standards—especially for management. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to appropriate follow-up. I have always valued your brand, which is why these recent experiences have been so disappointing. Not to mention, I came for an inspection and none of my jewelry was cleaned.

Store is ok. People are just trying to have a job, but retail stores are not where you should buy an expensive watch. Jared doesn't know how to ship an expensive watch so a brand new watch shows up looking like a store display. The only solution presented is get a refund or buy a different watch.... which they do not have in stock and will be pulled off of another store display. My pictures are literally how this watch arrived from Jared Glendale.

I never understood the hype of Jared when my boyfriend’s mom and step dad were so adamant about if we were to marry we have to go here for rings. 10 years ago I went with my mom to check it out and we met Tiffany and she has been the BEST ever since. She will find you the best options for your price range and guide you along in this overwhelming journey! We have now upgraded twice with her! You know growing up you had that one friends mom that was super cool and fun? That’s her! It had been over a year since we went in and my husband called and she remembered who we were just by his voice! How crazy is that. She is such a gem and please ask for her! She’s truly so amazing and you’ll love her just as much as we do. All staff has always been friendly and helpful as well, we just have grown to love Tiffany! It’s so hard to get a good picture of my new bands and diamond because they are so so sparkly but it’s so beautiful and we are in love! As Tiffany would call it “it’s delicious!!” we love you and thank you so much!

I'm very happy we went to Jared's after looking online for a Jewelry store. From the moment we walked in the attention was great. We were greeded by Barry & Kiki, they took great care of us. They took the time to show us different options until we found the perfect piece. We left Jared's very happy with the perfect wedding bands for us. The service was excellent and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect band/s.
