My experience began when I visited Jared to have my ring inspected and cleaned. While waiting, I browsed the store and was assisted by Alex, who greeted me warmly, took my ring, and serviced it quickly. His professionalism and welcoming attitude immediately stood out. The following Monday, I returned and was assisted by Josie. She showed me several diamonds and a wedding band I was interested in purchasing so I could pair it with my enhancer and complete my set. I explained that I needed to discuss the cost with my husband, who was away on military business, and that I would return soon. When I came back two days later, I was surprised to find that the price of the plain wedding band had increased significantly, which was honestly shocking. Although I don’t want this to distract from the purpose of my survey, I do want to bring awareness to the substantial price increase. Despite that experience, I want to highlight the exceptional service Alex provided. When I saw him again during my return visit, I thanked him for his efficiency and for the welcoming environment he creates for customers. I asked how long he had worked there since I hadn’t seen him before my first visit, and I learned he has been with your company for less than a year. I told him he was a great hire and asked where he had come from. I then spoke with Tanya, the manager on duty, to share my concerns about the price change. Tanya was wonderful and helped as much as she could. I also made sure to tell her how impressive Alex has been during both of my visits, as that level of professionalism is rare for someone with such a short tenure. I even asked her to call him over so I could share my feedback in front of her. I’m very pleased to say that Alex truly is a great hire—please be sure that is reflected in his evaluation. Although the pricing experience was surprising, Alex’s outstanding service is the reason I will continue to be a valued customer. Great job, Alex!

Ok, went to Deutsch & Deutsch after doing yard work, so I was dressed not too elegantly. But their store was dead. I walked out asking why no would help me? I left. Found Jared walked in and was instantly greeted. Now that's a place to shop. Didn't judge me at all but helped me instead. The associate waste kind and new exactly what I was looking for. In and out with no problems. Deutsch & Deutsch don't judge a book by its cover!
