Thank you Jayone Electric llc for doing an early morning repair. Half of my electricity went out early this morning and Jayone Electric repaired and restored my electric for me in good timing. Very reasonably and I’m thankful for that, considering this was an unforeseen situation. You were truly a life saver. Also, very professional and cordial. I vouch for this company! Thanks again.

I would definitely recommend Jayone Electric for your emergent electrical needs. Jesse was professional, timely and knowledgeable during his recent visit. He was able to restore the power supply which provided the heat to the house. With these low temperatures we were extremely grateful for his service. Thanks again Jesse!

We originally left a positive review at the electrician’s request before he finished not realizing there were serious issues. When he first came to give an estimate, everything seemed fine. However, when he returned to do the job, he brought another man with him who was never introduced. They were in our home for over five hours, running in and out, which now makes no sense we bought all supplies and all tool bags they brought were throughout our home.Most of that time was spent in our basement. Later that night , after going downstairs, we discovered that several items had been moved, broken, or were missing. I immediately texted the electrician that night to address the situation. He briefly responded on Friday, but after I followed up, he stopped communicating. My husband also reached out, and once he listed what was broken and missing, the electrician completely stopped responding. We’ve since had to report the matter to the authorities . I’m sharing this updated review so others are aware of what happened and can use extra caution when allowing anyone into their home. 10/26 /25 *Posting this update because the bathroom switch has now started shorting out, along with the kitchen receptacle (outlet) that had already failed. The electrician also cut into the wall above the kitchen sink to install a light fixture, which we still haven’t confirmed is working properly. So again “Beware “there were also issues with unprofessional behavior, Theft ,property damage, and unknown individuals being brought into our home. My husband was even advised to leave a review while the electrician was wrapping up the job in exchange for $50 off which he did on the spot and unfortunately this is why things like this occur. We recommend hiring any other licensed, insured electrician who maintains professionalism and performs safe, code-compliant work this has been a hard learning experience please don’t fall victim .

I can’t tell you how happy we are with the service you provided for us. This guy and his partner came out at three in the morning after we called due to us losing the power in half of our house. He went straight to our panel opened it up and discovered it was full of rust and corrosion. They were able to remove the old panel and replace it with a new one by seven in the morning and not to mention at a great price. These guys are truly professionals, if you need any electrical work done I highly recommend giving them a call.

Came out, fix my outside box. Very, very reasonable priced. Very respectable. Very good quality. The guys were very good, very respectable. Did excellent work would recommend them. I am a single mother. They were very great. Did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I would recommend them for anyone out.Thank you for the great job Jayne thank you for the great work and the great Pricing!!!!!
