Perfect facility for private and semi-private training sessions. The semi-private sessions still seem like one-on-one with personalized training for each client. I started seeing Dan when I wanted to start lifting weights and also bought the nutritional coaching sessions. His approach to fitness and nutrition is straightforward, and he's so knowledgeable in both areas! Both Dan and Erica are amazing and really know what you need to help you reach your goals!
Dan is a great personal trainer! I have been working with him for about 7 months now and am very happy with my experience! He is very knowledgable, accommodating and fairly priced! He has a great variety of equipment to work with and customizes workouts to you/your needs/injuries/etc. Very happy with the strength I have gained and excited to continue working with him! Definitely recommend working with him!

I’ve been working with Dan for about two months now. Not only has he helped simplify fitness and nutrition, but he helped me get my confidence back and truly helped me see how strong I really am. His programs are great, he’s a great motivator, and will hold you accountable. Trying out a new gym and/or trainer can sometimes be awkward, but this was a totally different experience.
