Too much rush and a single person on cash desk to handle whole crowd who looks completely untrained and showing no interest to finish line asap.

I would like to file a complaint about a very unpleasant experience with one of your staff members, Amaar. The issue started when Amaar did not inform us that the shoe on display was the last available pair. My father, who has high blood pressure and heart problems, was the one interested in buying it, and we expected clear information and basic customer assistance. Instead, Amaar told us to step out of the line for 5 minutes and said he would help us. However, we ended up waiting for 15 minutes while he continued serving other customers in the line, and every time we asked him about our request, he responded in a rude and dismissive way. His lack of communication and unwillingness to help caused my father a lot of stress, to the point where he lost his patience because of how disrespectfully Amaar was treating us. This situation could have been avoided entirely if Amaar had handled the matter professionally. His behavior was completely unacceptable. I strongly request that serious action be taken against this employee. Someone with such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior should not be dealing with customers.

Went here yesterday to buy a gift card as I thought it would be ‘quick’. Waited in a queue for 20 mins just to be served. I really would not recommend bothering to come to this store. Staff have no urgency or bother to serve the customers. Easier for you just to go shop online.

Tldr terrible customer service and they almost had me out of £180. Terrible customer service. Had to refund an online order of £180. Queued up downstairs and was told to go upstairs by the staff member behind the till who looked miserable. Queued up upstairs and the person didn’t want to process the refund and asked another member of staff to do it. Barely any eye contact or friendly customer service. Was handed a receipt and told it’d all been done. I wasn’t exactly filled with confidence so I double checked it and tried to make sense of the receipt as it looked as if I’d been refunded £45 instead of £180. I then realised the receipt didn’t match the order number so I went back in to clarify. The staff member I spoke to next was better but didn’t apologise for almost being out of £180. They then tried to take the £45 off of the £180 but because it was an online order, that £45 wouldn’t be going back to me so I had to clarify that the wrong order had been refunded and I’d want my £180. It was done but again, no “sorry” or reassurance. I stood there and went through it all with them to clarify and then left. I’m sure I’d have had a great time having to come back a week later without the item or the £180 in my bank and try to get a refund.
