I had a oil change at big o tires . And was told when I paid that l needed $2700 in front end repairs . Went to Jerry's and for free they looked it, showed me NOT one thing they said was in need of repairs was true. Oil changes and any other services. Jerry's my place now. You can trust them.
Down to earth people. They are professional and genuinely care about getting my car repaired and doing it right! I've taken my 2 cars to them and trust it'll get the best care in record time. Without a doubt,they deserve 5 STARS.
They do a great job. If I could give six stars I would. Whenever I've had a problem with my vehicle,I know I can trust them to fix the problem. They are reasonable in price and worth ever penny and their service is fairly fast. They call to let us know what's wrong and what needs done and if there was something they noticed not related to the original issue they let us know. Then when it's all fixed they make sure and call so we can come get it. Work on our Fords and Hondas through the years and do a great job. We have taken our cars to other places before we found Jerry's and have not been happy. We love Jerry's mechanics. My husband says , 🍻 great job as always !

Communication was consistent. I was kept updated throughout the process, and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The team was professional, respectful, and efficient. It’s not easy finding a repair shop you can trust, but I feel confident going back here for future service. Highly recommend.
