We needed new mini splits installer (2 indoor wall mounts and 1 outdoor unit) and Jersey was great throughout the entire process. Clear communication before, during and after the installs very upfront about total costs for the units and installation. They did a great job during installation and made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly after! Would absolutely recommend to anyone with HVAC needs
Jersey and Austin were phenomenal! I cannot express how impressed and satisfied I am with their service and quality of work. Jersey was quick to diagnose the problems, showed up on time, and answered all my questions without leaving me feeling dumb. Im amazed how fast my house cools, the furnace works fantastic. Not to mention I ended up saving so much money as jersey was able to correctly and quickly diagnose the issues unlike the first company we reached out to. It's hard to find honest work, but you're in the best hands with Jersey. I highly recommend them, and will tell everyone I know. 5 stars isn't enough give me 30 more.
John has been great to work with for the last few years doing maintenance on my central HVAC system. This year, I decided to install 2 minisplits in my upstairs bedrooms to help with the summer heat. I once again called on John, and the experience was as smooth as it could be in a historic home. His communication was great, he worked through several unforeseen difficulties during the project with ease, and the final product came out beautifully. Skip the big corporate HVAC giants and call Jersey. It’s so much nicer working with someone local who cares.
