Stopped by multiple times over the years and always found the team welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Recent experience included Tristan and his colleagues going out of their way in trying hardware fixes and communicating effectively through the process. And yes, they do have a stormtrooper “helping” ;).
I know this shop already has over 1,000 reviews and a near-perfect rating, so they don’t 'need' my feedback—but they absolutely deserve it. These guys are incredible engineers and even better people. Here is the context: I brought two gaming laptops to a different local shop for a RAM and WiFi card upgrade. That shop charged me over $200 (including a 'rush fee'), only to hand the laptops back saying the WiFi card was soldered on and couldn't be replaced. They were disinterested, didn't even power on the devices to test them, and left me out $200 for a job they didn't complete. I called around and was referred to Jet City. When I explained the situation, they were immediately helpful. They actually paused the call to research my specific laptop model, texted me back to confirm the card wasn't soldered, and told me to come in. When I arrived, the associate already knew the situation. They opened the laptop and showed me that the previous shop hadn't even removed the factory tape—they had lied completely. Jet City installed the card in minutes and refused to let me pay for it. I was so impressed by their honesty that I returned an hour later with my daughter’s phone to fix a camera issue. They fixed it in 30 minutes, and I was happy to finally pay them for their time. They are honest, fast, and transparent—they even do the repairs in the front where you can watch. I will be coming here for every electronic repair I need in the future. I can’t recommend them enough!
6 stars. Easiest, least stressful phone repair I've ever had. Broke my Google Pixel 7 phone screen at 10am, scheduled an appointment for that day at 11am, and was out of there with a brand new screen at 12. The website has all of the information I needed, from supported devices, to appointment times, to parking directions and validation. The two guys at the front gave a perfect time estimate for the repair (mine was 45 mins), and I only needed to pay when picking up. Would absolutely recommend this place.
Jet City Device Repair did an awesome job fixing my iPhone screen! Super quick service, really knowledgeable staff, and my phone looks brand new again. Definitely recommend them if you need a repair done right. I had called around a few places for an iPhone screen repair, but Jet City Device Repair stood out.
Highly recommend this place! My iphone 15 pro max is off after dropping from the stairs. I was soooo worried since I didn't back up any data. After I went to Jet City Device Repair, Siawash (maybe his name is Siawash?) quickly identified that it is highly likely to be the screen issue. It took about 1 hour for him to fix it. And my phone became new without any data lost! I appreciate his help! Thank you Siawash for saving my phone~
