JetSet Pilates has truly changed my life for the better. Before coming here, I never really loved working out, but this studio helped me find my love for fitness and actually look forward to exercising. The energy, the community, and the workouts are all amazing. Every instructor is incredible — Christina is amazing, Jen is fabulous, Kaela is so kind and supportive, and Ale is amazing as well. I also love taking Sunday morning classes with Skye because she always pushes me to go harder and level up, which I really appreciate! On top of that, the South Tampa location is so welcoming, and the general manager Natasha is the best. She’s so friendly and truly makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. I can’t recommend this studio enough. If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and make fitness fun, JetSet Pilates South Tampa is it!
Jet Set is such an excellent workout! I thought I had been working out pretty hard at other studios, but nothing compares to this workout! I love how every workout is completely different. They also make modifications to increase or decrease resistance very easy. It feels completely customizable. I always leave with my muscles quivering! Love this place!

Love, love, LOVE JetSet South Tampa! I started in April and have been going nonstop 4–5 times a week. The instructors are truly the sweetest— Natalie, Natasha, Jen, Abby, and Grace all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, supported, and challenged in the best way. They learn your name, correct your form, and cheer you on every step of the way. I’ve not only gotten stronger, but I’ve also found a community I genuinely look forward to being part of. So grateful for this place!
Took my first reformer class during my book club meeting last weekend and WOW—what an experience! Your instructor was amazing—super motivating and really took the time to help me figure out my positioning, which I really appreciated as a first-timer. I was deeply humbled by how tough (yet fun!) it was, but in the best way possible. Also, huge shoutout to your front desk girl—she was so kind and helpful in explaining how often I should be coming and really made me feel welcome. After such a positive and encouraging experience, I’m seriously considering a membership. Can’t wait to come back! Update: After recently returning to JetSet, I’ve had the most encouraging and transformative experience as a Pilates beginner. Each class has pushed me—in the best possible way—and left me feeling stronger, more capable, and genuinely proud of my progress. The instructors, especially Abbey, are incredibly uplifting. Their energy is contagious, and they take the time to motivate and challenge you while ensuring you feel confident in your movement and form. The sense of community at the studio has been just as inspiring. Natasha at the front desk is a true gem—so warm and thoughtful. After one especially intense class, she checked in with me and offered words of motivation that truly stayed with me. Thanks to the supportive environment and the incredible team, I’ve decided to take the next step and become a member. I can’t wait to continue this journey.
