Had a great experience with Joey! I won a contest on instagram which made me able to get a custom piece for cheaper than it would usually be. After making my appointment I met with Joey and he walked me through the process. After constructing my piece Joey was really open to helping me with a payment plan that would make it easier to pay without breaking the bank. Considering it was already cheaper than it would have been, I thought that was really nice of him. I ended up not using the payment plan but it’s the thought that counts. I made a purple amethyst cross. Joey offered to open his store on Easter Sunday so I could pick it up! It wasn’t feasible on my end but again I really appreciated his willingness to get my piece to me. Once I was able to pick it up I was amazed. It was just what I pictured. (Honestly the cross ended up being bigger than it was in the picture he showed me which was good because it was meant to make a statement). Once I took it home I went to my bathroom, which has really good lighting, and put it on and the stones were singing. They glistened in that way that make it look like they were almost turning on and off (I hope that makes sense). Anyways Joey was super helpful throughout the process and super accommodating. He made sure the piece was what I wanted. Going forward if I need any custom jewelry this will be my first stop!
The jeweler who did our bracelets was super cool!! He made our experience so much fun just with his personality & friendliness. Definitely will be back for more jewelry Update: we’ve had them a little over a month & both of our bracelets have broken off & one tarnished really bad after a few weeks of wearing. We went back & he put mine back on & replaced the tarnished one!
Joey and the Jewelers on State Street team were incredible to work with! They delivered an entirely custom wedding band that matches the unique stones of my engagement ring beautifully. I am so blessed to have this piece of artwork to symbolize my marriage!
Joey took my old broken ring that the big box store told me was not able to be fixed. He cut and put a whole new band on it and resized it. It looks brand new and will hold up forever now! Thank you again for the awesome work! Top notch!
