My husband and I had a great experience at Jewelry Authority. It started off with me calling to verify the Saturday hours of operation before making a 45 min. drive. I didn’t catch the name of the person that answered but she was very pleasant. After arriving i realized that kind voice that was on the phone was the same one greeting us as we walked in. We gave her our budget, I told her what I like and just like that I left a happy lady. Thank you Sherri for making my Saturday great.
