Could not have had a better experience! My fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with Tracy, and she was AMAZING! She perfectly balanced listening to the vision we each had for the rings with contributing her professional opinion on style and design! She was so easy to communicate with and was consistently able to get us in for design appointments very quickly and me feel so special each time I came in. Tracy also did a phenomenal job of secret keeping since my fiancée and I were designing each other’s rings at the same time but separately! If you are looking to be very hands on in the design process from start to finish, I could not recommend Jewelsmith (and specifically Tracy) more! My fiancée and I could not be happier with our experience and our beautiful rings!
Jewelsmith is AMAZING!! My now fiancée and I had the pleasure of working with Tracy to design and create our custom engagement rings. Tracy went above and beyond to make the entire process so fun and exciting! She helped us tweak the designs until the rings were perfect yet she never made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. The rest of the staff was always so kind and welcoming as well! It was a little daunting to embark on this experience as a queer couple, but we consistently felt accepted and celebrated at Jewelsmith. 12/10 would recommend!!! We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our rings :)
Wonderful experience! My Wedding ring turned out beautifully. I went from yellow gold to white gold. Stunning! I enjoyed working with May and Katherine. Professional and great craftsmanship.
Jewelsmith is amazing! I first discovered it when a prong broke on my diamond ring and I came in without an appointment. The staff there are professional, polite and very knowledgeable! I’ve been back several times since and absolutely love working with Mary! Their designs are innovative and gorgeous! So many beautiful items to pick from!
We went to Jewelsmith to find a wedding band for my fiancee. The store is lovely and the staff are amazing. We worked primarily with Tiffany, but also with Mary. Both were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We asked a thousand questions and they were able to patiently answer all of them, and there was no pressure to immediately buy something or to rush us through the process. We had our eye on a specific wedding band that was a little bit pricey for us, but Tiffany was able to find a perfect solution to get us exactly what we wanted in a way that we could afford it. I would absolutely recommend Jewelsmith to anyone, and we will definitely be coming back in the future.
