Jill and her team did an excellent job onboarding and completing my income tax returns in a short period of time. Having the option of using their document portal and communicating via email during the entire process made things easier for me. I've been using Turbotax software online for the past decade and needed to use their live tax preparer for the first time this year - it was a painful experience.
