My experience with Jim Adler & Associates has been extremely disappointing due to a complete lack of communication and follow-through. At some point, my assigned attorney left the firm, and I was never informed. I was told last week that my documents would be sent for attorney approval on Monday, yet my case remains in the closing department with no update, explanation, or timeline. I have made repeated attempts to get basic information about my case. My calls are routinely declined or transferred to voicemail, and no one returns them. I cannot reach anyone who appears to have knowledge of my file. This is especially concerning as I have outstanding medical bills and was told they would be handled by the end of this week or early next week. To date, I have received no confirmation that this is actually happening. Clients deserve transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. Particularly when medical and financial stress is involved. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with this firm. I am hopeful this review prompts the communication I have been seeking.

Gabriel Rios was awesome to work with. He worked around my schedule when to talk and very informative and also scheduled the first physical therapy appt for my friend. I really appreciate his help especially when I’m working. He also leaves detailed messages on voicemail and text messages is very helpful.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Alopez. 🙏🏽 for all his help. He was so caring, attentive and really made sure all my needs were taken care of. Any questions I needed answered, he didn’t hesitate not one bit breaking it down where I could get a good understanding. My anxiety was high before the convo and afterwards it felt like a lighter load. I really believe that there are still good genuine people in this world. And he definitely was one. His heart is pure and he loves people. 🙏🏽

My dad and I met with Gabriel Rios, and he was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the office was so welcoming and kind, it immediately put us at ease.
