I would recommend this group to anyone moving. We moved a 4 bedroom house with an oversized garage long distance and the team was fantastic! Matthew coordinated the entire move from beginning to end, the owner John personally called to be sure our needs were met and Carlos, Jesus and Ricardo did the packing and transport between our two homes. They were kind, considerate and extremely hardworking! We are so glad we found this company! Matthew was simply fantastic to work with! He stayed in constant contact with me to coordinate the move and made sure we were fully satisfied from beginning to end!
I have used John Fergusons for packing and moving several times and I will never use ANYONE else. In October, Mike, Adrian and Herbert packed up my stuff and I have a lot of glassware...old china, glasses, etc. and everything was well packed and there was no damage at all. A couple days later, Mike Adrian and Dan moved my stuff from my apartment to storage. There were 3 flights of stairs, no elevator and I have a lot of really heavy furniture. They did an AMAZING job. Smiling, happy, joking with us the whole time. They took great care of my stuff and I felt completely at ease. The move took much longer than expected because of the sheer volume, but they were very fair with pricing and charged me exactly what they quoted. Who does that? We moved from Ohio to El Paso, Texas, we moved into a rental home to make sure we liked El Paso. Moving down we used Atlas, which ran us $20,000. After a few months in El Paso we decided to buy a home, not knowing any moving companies we reached out to the company who did our inspections, they immediately recommended John Ferguson. We were not disappointed, they came to our home and gave us an estimate, they handled our belongings like they were moving brand new furniture. All involved with our move were very nice and took very good care for our belongings. NOTHING got damaged in the move, not even a scratch. They were fast and packed our furniture in moving blankets. Their communication was excellent and made the entire process stress-free. We received helpful emails months in advance to assist with budgeting and planning. They used texting for quick updates and confirmations, which was very convenient. The moving staff were polite, incredibly efficient, and careful with all of our belongings. I needed to do a long distance move on short notice from El Paso to Kyle TX. I had to coordinate this while working between Texarkana and Louisiana. John was great with showing up within 48 hours for an onsite estimate. Movers arrived within the week to crate a one bedroom apartment. They also helped me trash excess junk from the garage. A few months later they delivered everything Kyle with extra support in fixing the bed frame. John has a great, caring, patient and professional crew, both loading and delivering. Items held well in 2 month storage. Definitely recommend John and his crew anytime!!
