Paid almost $900 per month for them to do my bookkeeping and monthly financial report, never received a correct, complete report for months. I have to pay my current CPA to correct lots of their mistakes. I gave them all the information in February, but they did not file my tax returns till July. Because I owed taxes, I had to pay a penalty. To make things worse, they wanted to charge me 50% more right before filing my tax returns. Take business to someone else! Updated on 11/11/2025. If you did not do something right, just say sorry. You had more than 8 months, but you never provided me with a complete and accurate report for your own work. How many times did I have to correct your errors? Do you want me to post our email communications here? For the 50% additional charges, you emailed and called every day, sent the notice to both my office and my home, you even came post it on my office door during a weekend. All these happened while we were negotiating.
