If your child fails the initial eye check , make sure to email or call Jordan school for clear instructions. They provide a form for if/when a child fails the initial eye check but the instructions on that form is very confusing. I sent Jordan school an email with a little feedback for them to revise the form. Hopefully they do so.

Horrible!.. From the communication and follow-up to the driving instruction. Just really not an organized program at all. When my son did his driving lessons with the instructor he had another student in the car, a girl at that which made my son so uncomfortable he couldn't even focus on the learning aspect of driving! Will definitely not be using them for my daughter and I will be filing a formal complaint with the school/ district because they really should do better if they are serving the students in the school systems.

I am now on my second experience with this driving school. So I'll describe both. 1. I showed up to an in person class on the first day with my medical alert service dog. When I attempted to walk inside, the instructor stopped me saying he wasn't notified a dog was in the class. I explained that she was a service dog, and she was permitted to go with me per federal and state law, but for the sake of my education I was willing to send my dog back home with my mom and take the class without her, since I had friends in the class with me that could help in the event of a medical emergency. He then told me that I would have to take the online class, because I couldn't be in his classroom due to my conditions. I was not medically excused, I was told I could still take the class. Just not in that instructor's room. I then called his supervisor and was told to attend the next session, and that he had no right to kick me out for that. Unfortunately I was in a hospital the next week. Under this school, you can't miss 2 days for aby reason, so I accepted that I would have to get into another class. My problem is that we were not refunded even though I missed class due to the instructor, not anything of my doing (the first day). 2. I am currently enrolled in a virtual class. First red flag is this: the rules for the virtual class are incredibly controlling. For example: a student cannot talk to any other person in the house at any point, including siblings or parents. You also cannot take the class at any kind of workplace or really anywhere outside of the home. This is a major problem and defeats the entire purpose of virtual classes. Kids in my class have been kicked out of the zoom meeting for these things, and yes, now they are responsible for attending the make-up day. That's not the only problem though: On the assignments they give us, it is an incredibly common occurrence to find a question that is nearly incoherent and forces you to overthink the question, and therefore get it wrong. They also repeatedly give trick questions, and when a question itself is written or scored wrong, the instructors refuse to give leeway or fix the question. As you can tell, these have been incredibly stressful experiences. I do not recommend this school at all. And just to add: My service dog lies under my desk during the entire zoom call working as if she would have in the in person class, out of pure spite.

Well I just had an experience with this driving school and I should have read the comments before hand . My daughter missed 1 class and was late arriving on a Saturday 3 mins late she locks the door. That’s fine but the fact that my child had texted you 2 times in 2 different segments to find out next steps and you care not to answer your text messages is completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to deal with children get out of the business of doing so I know some Are disrespectful but as an adult and you working for a company you should respond back to students. She was in her Saturday class that ranges from 8am to 2pm meanwhile the sheets at the school for signed day classes are 8:30 to 2:30 and she locking the doors at 8am. CMS is trash on communication and this driving school is unprofessional.

Horrible service! My daughter started Driver's ed in October of 2024, and when I searched the website for an eye check appointment, there wasn't any openings until MARCH of 2025! Finally when I did get one and finished the eye checks, they waited for ONE MONTH to call. When they did, they appointed me an instructor, Ms.Clark. Ms.Clark is by far one of the rudest instructors I have ever seen! She yells at students and is very impatient! She yelled at my daughter just for messing up a three point turn on the SECOND DAY! I think Jordan Driving school should do a better job in training instructors to teach their students with respect and have some patience! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND!
