Our waiter didn’t speak any English at all. He was very slow and not attentive at all, and our food tasted really bad. It had no flavor and my order was wrong. The plate that came with the Chile relleno , a beef taco, a chicken and cheese enchilada and a shredded beef tamale, the masa of the tamale was real thick, and it wasn’t even cooked all the way the enchilada wasn’t even chicken and cheese. It was ground beef with no flavor. The child relleno wasn’t even battered or roasted. It was raw and smothered in cold cheese there was so much cheese that overpower the whole dish, which had no flavor. Anyway my son ordered taco fries again no flavor at all. We didn’t even eat at the food. We just picked at it. We used to make this our spot to come for authentic Mexican food, but unfortunately, the place went downhill When the manager asked me how everything went when I went to pay the bill and I explained some of it to him the only thing he could tell me is oh OK. Well, I’ll talk to the waiter lol What a waste of $60 for this meal…..
Food was excellent. Drinks were really good. Sader Eddine was great. Extremely friendly gave great customer service. We will be back!
One time, I absolutely loved this place! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I recently ordered food from them, and it was a complete disaster. My quesadilla was soggy and and my daughter’s birria tacos were rubbery and very chewy meat and had a nasty aftertaste. I think she was supposed to get 3 she had 2 in the tray. To top it off I had made a note saying please make it crispy because the last time my sister ordered her food was soggy. I also asked for guac and sour cream and it came a few onions and some lettuce lol. The manager said he gave sides of guac and sour cream which was BS!!!!! We both ended up throwing out the food, and it cost us $50 plus dollars I tried to get a refund by contacting the ordering service, they were even appalled and said the food didn’t look edible .They called the restaurant, and the supervisor told the third-party delivery service that they prepared the food properly and that I received it that way. They refused to give me a refund. I’ve been to this place for years and have wasted hundreds of dollars with my family. I’m never going back. They definitely lost my business.
Ordered tacos de birria for take out tonight. Was completely inedible a mushy greasy mess falling apart....the consume was leaking through the bag all over my car... Threw in the trash a total waste of money...will never order there again
