Once again Joseph's Affordable plumbing comes through for me! I've used them in the past and would recommend them any day of the week! They gave me my price up front before ever coming out and it was accurate with no hidden fees!
I woke up to find water in my basement. Water heater leaked the day after Thanksgiving. I called this company and spoke to Joseph the owner. He was very friendly, patient and reassuring. He asked me to send him some pictures of the water heater. Then he gave me fair price over the phone. The very next day Bob the plumber arrived on time. He was absolutely FANTASTIC ! He, was friendly, professional, and installed a new water heater. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He cleaned up the area. I was not sure what I would hear when he arrived. But I can say that I am very, very pleased with the entire experience from the first phone call to when Bob got in his truck and left. This was the holiday weekend , they came thru for me and I now have a new, sparkling water heater with no hassles. CALL THEM!!! Thank you Joseph's Affordable Plumbing and Heating !!!
Had a rather large plumbing job that I needed done. Had a few plumbers come in and give me estimates. They all wanted to blow out the shower to fix the job . Someone recommended Joseph’s and we had them come out for an estimate. Instead of blowing out the entire shower to get to the pipe the needed to repair. They suggested we go through the linen closet that was an easier access to the pipe . They came out and did the job in a morning for hundreds of dollars less than for the plumbing only job . It also saved us so much not having to have a contractor come out a retile a shower. I loved that they were honest and recommended the solution that was not the most money for them to make but what was less money and hassle for me .
Had a bathtub leak, called Joe on Sunday and his team, Bob and Chris, came out on Monday morning. They were polite and accommodating. They gave me 2 scenarios and thankfully the simpler fix worked out fine with them replacing the tailpipe. I only wish I did a little more research on pricing as it seems $575 for a one hour job seems a little pricey. Either way the job is done and overall I'm glad the leak is fixed. Thank you!
Joseph and his extended "underground" team (In A Flash Plumbing) did a truly outstanding job at a whole house storm water and waste water drain system replacement in our 1902 Philly rowhouse. The work was admittedly disruptive but Joe's team managed to limit true systems outage to just a couple of short periods over the 2 days it took to complete the work. On day one they basically completed all of the interior work. On day two they completed all of the exterior work. So, within 2 days, we had a brand new sewer/drain system. We never had to vacate the house!! And, yes, it took just 2 days!! The In A Flash team was so professional throughout the repair process. And, best of all, the total cost was comparatively much lower than the other bid we received. We got exceptional work for a fraction of the cost. Joseph lives up to the word "Affordable" in his business name. Thank you, Joseph! Thank you, In A Flash!!
