I can’t recommend Jorge and Mariane highly enough. They look after my Mercedes and Range Rover and the level of service is exceptional every single time. Jorge is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s needed and what’s not, which gives real peace of mind, especially with vehicles like these. Mariane is just as impressive on the front end. She is professional, organised, and genuinely cares about customer service. Communication is clear, pricing is fair, and the work is always done to a very high standard. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but this is one of those places. If you want reliability, expertise, and people who actually stand behind their work, Jorge and Mariane are the ones to go to.

On short notice, JR Auto was able to diagnose a problem with engine pulleys in my Hilux, rapidly got a quote to me to fix, then whilst fixing, informed me of an alternator issue, rapidly got me an updated quote, and fixed both issues same day. Super impressed with the communication from Mariane and the mechanical team, with great explanations and photos. Well done, the car is purring again!

Id give zero reviews if i could, they "serviced" my car for $350+ a few weeks ago and the oil wasn't fully topped up. i just found out the filter was not changed from another mechanic today. I will not be returning here!

Highly recommended! JR Auto Service is a great workshop! professional, honest, and reliable. They explain everything clearly, don’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and always deliver quality work. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but these guys truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
