I had a bad experience with this company rude staff member. I have a venue in Stockton and my customers use they for their tables and chairs often. So the problem that I had with the staff member that showed up to pick up the tables was throwing garbage on the ground that was on the tables. He was upset that a few up the tables was still set up from the event with clothes and food. When I noticed him dumping everything on the ground I kindly walked over with a garbage can and asked can he put the garbage in the garbage can versus the floor? He responded that he doesn’t throw garbage away. I let him know that I will review his company and he responded that they have be in business for 16 years and one bad review won’t hurt them. When I searched them up obviously they have more the one bad review!! If and of my customers ever made the mistake of renting from them that one particular guy will never step foot on my property again!!

Couldn't have been happier with the service. I ordered the pink castle combo which included tables and chairs. Everything was perfect! Quality was perfect, exactly as shown on the website and set up was quick! At first I had trouble getting ahold of anyone to confirm but once I realized they have a number to text it was smooth sailing from there. They arrived early the day of my daughters birthday, everything was very clean (looked brand new), the jump castle matched my daughters birthday theme perfectly, the employees were very nice, professional and they picked up right on time/early the next day. Had lots of compliments on how nice everything was and where I ordered from. Will definitely order from Jumper Madness again! :)

I've used them at least 5 times and have always had good experience. Usually when I order is during the busier times so yes there is some delays with drop off. But the price is great, I usually schedule set up to be done at least 2 hours before guests arrive. The jumpers are clean and look taken care off. Pick up time can run a bit late but we also factor that in...they tear down quick and employees are also respectful and great. They have let me extend the pick up time when our party ran a bit longer....with no problem. I have ordered by phone and my their online site...online was easier for me and I got a text message a day or two later to confirm.

The prices are reasonable and we made some fun memories by renting a water slide for a hot summer day. I only ordered it a couple of days in advance so I was excited I was able to get a last minute reservation. However, they discovered that the jumper that we ordered was torn so they called the night before to let me know that they would be upgrading us for free. Awesome. Our reservation was scheduled to be dropped off between 9-11am. Kids were in their bathing suits, watching out the windows for the delivery, and at 11:15 there was still no slide or communication about it being late. I called once and left two messages and finally got a call back at 11:30 saying they were on their way “eta 10 minutes”. They FINALLY showed up at noon. Ok, they’re here, kids are excited, and the guys who set it up knew what they were doing and were efficient. They asked what time we wanted them to pick it up the next morning. Again, 9-11 is what we agreed on. The next morning we waited until 11:30 and called and they said they would get there “ASAP”. We have 2 young kids and plan our daily errands around their naps so we had things to do when they were up at noon. We went to the grocery store and came back and they FINALLY picked it up at 2pm. Overall the quality and price of the water slide were 5stars but their lack of punctuality and communication were unprofessional.

I reserved a simple jumper house and they delivered early on the day of the party. Since it was going to be in our back yard, they allowed us to keep it overnight. Kids loved it! The only issue we had, when we tried calling ahead for confirmation, they didn't answer. We called for about two days, in the AM and PM, and we got an answer after the second day.
