Eric was very knowledgeable about my issue and did several things to work on getting my computer issue resolved. He even stayed 20 minutes after close to keep working with me. He didn't fix the issue himself but the part he suggested I buy worked. He said no charge but I will be going by to pay him for his help to resolve the issue.

absolutely fantastic!! Not only was the repair itself perfect and a great price, but I really appreciated their transparency with the initial diagnosis. I was told the best and worse case scenario, as well as clear pricing for both, to help me make my decision about the repair. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be coming back with any other repairs that come up in the future!!

I would give this business more than 5-star if I can. These guys are rare commodity and old school. They take good care of their customers, very sincere, passionate and great value for the price they charge. I walked in with a very corrupt H/D that my data relied on, Eric was a terrific trouble-shooter, very pragmatic and has a successful methodical approach to both S/W and H/W problems. I walked out with a viable solution and my computer now works better that before the problem occurred. Very generous and objective in offering opinion, not because they want to sell any you anything, I hope they stay in business and grow. Great asset for our community!

Super fast!! Fixed my tower while I watched. Parts were priced with little to no mark up such great service! The corgi was a nice touch of personality to an industry that usually has none.

These men are truly great at what they do! They absolutely go above and beyond to help their customers! So much so, they had completely corrected an issue that was going on with my laptop for several years, that was caused by Microsoft. By Microsoft! You would think Microsoft would’ve done their job being the type of company they were. That couldn’t be further from the truth! Nevertheless, Justin and Eric completely went out of their way to find me an entirely new laptop and were able to clone the original one that Microsoft had trashed. They saved me money, stress from an inadequate company, and gave me my peace of mind back! I would absolutely recommend Justin and Eric to anyone that has computer issues, or any device issues. I know whatever would come their way they will get the job done in the most efficient time and with the upmost care!!
