But I simply must post a review for Justyna Johnson because of the beyond belief experience with our home sale! We are older downsizers and thought selling was an extremely stressful decision and process. Therefore, we interviewed several Realtors who know the area well. Each had his/her own expertise and professionalism qualities we liked. But when Justyna walked through the door, we knew within minutes that she was the choice. She listened intently to all of our needs and preferences and answered questions with clarity. Her reputation of being a top agent in our community gave us confidence. Justyna provided: --an excellent handyman to make some minor repairs. --a top-rated housekeeper to offer pre-showing deep clean and move-out clean. --professional window cleaning. --professional home stager. --high quality aerial photos. --high quality inside and outside photos and video. --email, phone, and text support seven days/week. --personal attendance at our showings (we requested). --no lock box (we requested). --she brought a top inspector, well-known in the area. Most Buying Realtors would recognize his reputation, so a Buyer would feel safe accepting our pre-inspection without contracting their own. The pre-inspection gave us a chance ahead of showings to know what needed adjusting or repairing. It's true, our home has breathtaking views and solid construction not found in new homes today. But Justyna's experience was the magic. Her offered amenities leave nothing to want. She gives the home every opportunity for the sale to be smooth and successful. She closed the viewing and bidding on Day Two after having eleven showings and three above-list price offers. This is amazing in the Minnesota market during the fall season and in today's market with Buyers demonstrating caution due to economic uncertainty, fluctuating mortgage rates, and ongoing affordability issues. However, Justyna knows how to sell a home. Make it clean, lovely, and inviting. Was it stressful? Yes. But with Justyna's guidance and multiple amenities, the process was like a child in the care of a loving parent. She held us all the way, start to finish. 17 years ago Justyna was the listing agent on the house we bought. On the day we closed there was a packet of marketing material for the home. My husband and I were amazed at the marketing she did on the house. I told my husband if we ever sell this house I'm calling Justyna. Well, 17 years later we called Justyna to sell the home.
