I have a rescue dog with some serious fear issues and regular training wasn’t enough. A friend told me to try a animal behaviorist and it made such a difference. They came to my house and spent time just watching how my dog acted. Then they explained what was triggering the behavior and gave me specific steps to help. It was way more than sit and stay stuff. My dog is slowly learning to trust and doesn’t bark at every little noise now. It takes time but I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere. The behaviorist was super calm and knew exactly how to read my dog. It’s not cheap but honestly worth every penny. If you’re struggling with serious dog behavior stuff this is way better than a basic trainer. I’m planning to book more sessions as we go. This saved me from giving up.

I retained Tom for to train my 2 dogs. He asked me to enter an evaluation on Thumbtack as soon as our initial meeting concluded. I believe this practice is how he manages to obtain high ratings and also how he can say he has worked with over 2000 dogs. Tom’s speck is very difficult to understand. He speaks very quickly and garbled. I mentioned to him repeatedly the I couldn’t understand what he was saying and either could you wouldn’t slow his rate of speech. He spent most of our time telling me to write down notes of things he felt important He does far more lecturing than training He worked my dogs very little at each session. Most of the time was his ramblings. The final straw was when he raised his voice at me in my home. This has been a horrible experience. Due your research on Google. I’m not the only one with complaints. He is not welcome back at my home

We had such a great experience working with Tom! He came to our home and helped us learn how to train our two small dogs and the difference has been incredible. Tom is extremely organized, always coming prepared with a clear plan, and he was so good with our dogs from the very beginning. He’s calm, kind, and patient, which made both us and our pups feel comfortable and supported. He’s also very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We’re so grateful for the tools and confidence he gave us. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dog trainer!

K9Katelynn dog training is simply a great company to hire for your positive reinforced dog training. He helped my wife and I take on the training of two rat terrier puppies. I don’t know what we would have done without the very professional guidance. To make it even more impressive (due to an illness I had to leave my place of work) K9 gave me a refund of all unused lessons. They were under no obligation to do this. K9 did it quickly sending me the money in a cashiers check. A truly professional company.
