December 2025 On sunday was out shopping went to the car both my front tires were flat. Was upset called BCAA they came out filled tires said watch them may happen again. yes it did book online for patch work on both tires. Called BCAA called Kal explained pre booked but worried about time frame had a major doctor specialist later on in day. So they change my time to earlier and fixed my tires . However they said brakes are low so they put new ones in for me. They went beyond and more to help me out. Car runs smooth and feel safe not worried about driving anymore. Thanks to the hard working staff and dedication to work and service the public and make Kal Tire a place to go to thank you!
Fast, friendly, professional service and good value on top quality winter tires. They kept my light coloured vehicle interior clean, too. We had several cars get tires here, plus one SUV got brakes done, too. Fair price for very good work and they all drive better than new. They even popped the logo hub covers over from the summer wheels onto winter rims. Recommended!
Girlfriend had a flat tire and went here. They called us saying that her brakes were almost gone and she should change them. I told her she should wait because she had a scheduled shop (different place) appointment coming up. At that appointment they checked and told her the brakes would be good for months.
Dropped my car off late at night after picking up a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I knew it would be flat in the morning, so I dropped the car off at their parking lot and used the key drop. They called me at 10am the next morning, car was ready to go. No charge thanks to the Kal Tire customer protection plan. I highly recommend buying your next set of tires from Kal Tire!
Worst kaltire I’ve been to. I purchased my tires in maple ridge and went to kaltire because of the stellar customer service and warranty. When I showed up yesterday afternoon with a tire that was deflating, they offered to get me in at 3pm which was appreciated. I got a call that the vehicle was ready and had to ask what was repaired and why. Found out there was a screw in my tire. Thankfully I was on my way. When I was leaving I had a number of lights on in my dashboard. The guy told me it was my parking brake but when I explained it was actually another one I haven’t seen before he told me the door was open and to keep driving - itll go away. I drove my jeep that evening and it keeps saying “service passive entry system” which is related to the key. Which kaltire had yesterday. I changed the fob and both sets of battery with no luck so I went back in today. I was told no one would do anything with my key and that I should take it to the dealership. They also suggested I change my batteries. I felt really talked to down and suspect it was because I am a woman. I did appreciate the repair but I won’t be returning.
