I am with out doubt so thankful for E. Katsarelis' Law Firm and his Legal Team. Numerous felony allegations, with a high bond and He got me released!! He took on my case and my case was dismissed! I must state that Ethymios Katsarelis is the finest professional and most personable attorney I have met in my many years of legal wrangling, both criminal and civil. He defended and counseled, my godson, a young Purple Heart, Iraq War veteran, through a serious criminal litigation and multiple unjust felony charges with compassion and honestly beyond our greatest expectations. Our family is profoundly grateful for the phenomenal work he provided in this difficult situation that resulted in a dismissal. I cannot begin to express the joy and relief I saw on the face of my godson when he heard the good news from Mr. Katsarelis. The emotional toil had been devastating to him, being charged with something he did not do, nor would ever consider doing. Understanding this young man’s depression, distress, and anxiety, Mr. Katsarelis consoled, counseled, and encouraged him to believe in himself and to maintain his hope for justice every step of the way. This case required four court appearances, four office conferences, and many, many exchanges of emails, texts, and calls, all within a period of six months. His staff is exceptional. All questions and concerns were answered immediately, if not, then the next morning. Reviews of the Discovery and Police Cams were scrutinized and examined and discussed to the smallest details.The exceptional work and competence of his paralegal, Jasmine, reflected the professionalism of the entire staff. My godson would not take a plea. He was innocent and firmly believed he had no choice but to take his case to trial. Mr Katsarelis informed and educated him on the seriousness of that decision and its possible very negative outcomes. Once accepting that my godson understood the consequences of his decision to go to trial, Mr. Katsarelis began to school and instruct him on how to conduct himself before a judge, how to face the jury, and how to deal with the prosecution’s interrogations during a trial. Instilling a sense of confidence and determination in my godson that I had not seen since he had returned from Iraq without his legs. I must say, if anyone reading this is fortunate enough to have Mr. Katsarelis accept a case in their defense, they will have an attorney that will believe in them and walk the walk with them. He is a gentleman of impeccable character, spirited determination, and most importantly, a man of his word. He is a skilled negotiator and understands the psychology of a defendant’s plight and a prosecutor’s passion. He seeks the truth to determine the effort needed to adjudicate a case for the best possible outcome. Do not lie to him, it will be to your detriment. You will find him to be a compassionate, non-judgmental, insightful human being with a vast experience and knowledge of judicial proceedings. His expertise is matched only by his associates or his wife’s exceptional legal acumen. In the many different interactions at the office and courtroom, I was able to observe and spoke with several of his team members.
