Kasey came out today. He arrived early and with a smile on his face! I love when he comes because he’s always so nice and friendly and always kind to all of my animals! Very efficient service, honest and gets the job done!

River City One Hour has always been prompt every time we have called. The technicians are professional and personal. They do a wonderful job of explaining what needs to be done and are up front with costs. Highly recommend.

I woke up to a 59° house & called One Hour A/C & Heating. Todd, the service tech, arrived in a couple hours & got my heater fixed & running. He was nice & knowledgeable. I thought the price was pretty high, even with my Club Member discount, but my heat is on & working. I give One Hour a thumbs up.

Professional, knowledgeable service. The technician was on time and did an amazing job. He explained the service performed to us in a way that very easy to understand. Would definitely recommend them for all of your ac/heat needs!

Darren was both efficient and effective - explained some information about filters to me that I have not previously heard. He even changed a filter I have difficulty reaching. He answered my questions, and did not talk down to me. That's important. I really enjoy having a maintenance plan like this.
