This shop is a JOKE. I called yesterday to get scheduled in. Spoke to both his wife & him regarding a simple project I already had halfway completed and just needed help with the wiring portion. He said it would be no big deal to call him in the morning to get scheduled in. I call in the morning and was told he’s on an important mobile call, after explaining the detailed conversation with the wife she says it would be OK to drop it by 12:30. I drive 30+ minutes to their shop today just to be met by Allen in the parking lot, he said that he was still more than willing to work with my schedule and to get it completed today since I load & go tomorrow. However, he had an important mobile call that he had to go take care of. Would supposedly be back in a couple of hours and to get with him then. I stayed in the area shopping and wasting time an extra four hours just to have them both dodge my calls, so I have my significant other call in on my behalf and he gets hung up on. I wait another good bit, call in and I am told that they are too busy to help me that people are waiting in their lobby. I asked if that would be any different if I would’ve just waited in his lobby and he hung up on me. These people are not professional at all, do yourself a favor and get taken care of elsewhere!!!
I had the unpleasant experience of having a Smart Start. These guys were quick, friendly and affordable. The whole system is designed for the cash grab. These guys do what they can to make it seamless. When I get my new car, I wanna get my subs put in it! I plan on using them for the install! Thanks guys. You made the 6 months bearable.
Kennedy Kustoms is an awesome shop! They took care of my Honda Civic and installed the fog lights seamlessly. The price is fair as well. Allan listened and answered my questions! I highly recommend this shop and will come back for sure.
Kennedy Kustoms did an amazing job installing my son’s subs! They got us right in, the price was just right, and the quality of work was phenomenal. Everything was installed cleanly and professionally, and it sounds incredible. The service was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The owner is truly an expert in all things car audio (and more), and it shows in their work. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
