I want to thank the beautiful staff at Kepala, for looking after my 20 year old cat, called Moomy....They were absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend you take your pet there. They are awesome, caring and I especially would like to thank "Kitty" Kaz ! She called him "Mr Moony" So Cute She is lovely, along with all the other staff 😽
OMG!! I have to share my story with you all. My wife and l went to Singapore to visit our grand children a month ago as we have done so on and off for the last 8 years. As usual we leave our cat Toby to be looked after by Kepala. Nearly two weeks into his stay Toby stopped eating (unusual as he is a big eater) and this is where Kepala swung into action. They were in contact with me daily (email) and arranged a vet visit on three different occasions during the week as Toby would not eat anything placed in front of him. After some tests at the vet which didn’t revile much and after medication Toby started to slowly eat again. Thankyou to Dale, Karen, Jessica, Erica and to also anyone else l may have missed in caring for Toby. Toby has been home now for 3 days and back to eating and living life. Thankyou to all at Kepala for getting Toby back to his usual self as we nearly lost our Toby (he lost over a kilo in weight). If you're looking for a clean, safe place for your cat to stay where they will be well taken care of, I can’t recommend Kepala highly enough. Looking forward to using Kepala again. Love you guys. ❤️
We come here often for the outdoor swimming pool. Our two pups love it. They have a large range of life jackets available to borrow. The pool is warm and nice. There’s a fenced grass area for the pups to settle and go toilet before jumping into the pool. Highly recommended specially for summer days
Worth every cent! Secure, safe, clean. Best doggy day out ever and my beasts loved every minute
